Shipping and Returns
Shipping
Order preparation and shipping time is between 2 and 8 days, depending on the product and its stock.
Transit time and cost will depend on the country and region to which it is being shipped, never exceeding 7 days.
Exceptions are remote areas, islands, and continents other than Europe.
Mainland Spain: transit time 1 to 2 days, delivery 3 to 10 days, free shipping.
Balearic Islands and Portugal: 1 to 2 days longer than mainland Spain. Shipping costs will be reflected in the order summary.
Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 3 to 5 days longer than mainland Spain. Shipping costs will be reflected in the order summary. There may be delays due to customs reasons.
European CE countries: 3 to 5 days longer than mainland Spain. Shipping costs will be reflected in the order summary.
For European countries outside the European Union, shipping costs will be reflected in the order summary. There may be a delay due to customs reasons.

Delays will be reflected in each product.
If there is a delay of more than 8 days in shipping time (15 days for total delivery time), the customer will be notified so they can decide whether to cancel the order or continue with it.
RETURNS
In cases where the User purchases products on or through the owner's Website, they have a series of rights, as listed and described below:
Right of Withdrawal
The User, as a consumer and user, makes a purchase on the Website and, therefore, has the right to withdraw from said purchase within 14 calendar days without providing justification.
This withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day the User or a third party authorized by them, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods purchased on the Website. In the event that the goods comprising their order are delivered separately, 14 calendar days after the day the User or a third party authorized by them, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of each item separately, and will not count from the date of receipt of the last of those goods that comprised the same purchase order.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, the User must notify the Company of their decision. They may do so, where appropriate, through the contact spaces provided on the Website.
Regardless of the means chosen to communicate their decision, the User must clearly and unequivocally state their intention to withdraw from the purchase contract. In any case, the User may use the model withdrawal form that the Company makes available as an annex to these Terms; however, its use is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the communication unequivocally expressing the decision to withdraw to be sent before the corresponding deadline expires.
The products or items must be returned in their original packaging and without any signs of having been removed from it, let alone tried on, as these are products or items that are used with bodily contact. If the products or items are not received in proper condition, the User will be informed and will not be returned until the User has paid the return and reshipping costs. If there is no response from the User within 15 calendar days after the product or item is returned, the Company will terminate the order processing without reimbursing the User for the return of the product or item and without reshipping the product or item to the User.
If all the conditions of the right of withdrawal are met, the Company will refund the User all payments received, not including shipping or return costs, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 15 calendar days from the date the Company receives the returned products. Free shipping costs are €7.00 in mainland Spain.
The company will reimburse the User using the same payment method used to make the initial purchase transaction. This refund will not generate any additional costs for the User, taking into account that the shipping and return costs mentioned in the previous paragraph will be deducted from the refund. However, the company will withhold said refund until it has received the purchased products or items.
The User may return or send the products to the company by:
The means it deems appropriate, bearing the return costs, or by the means the company has contracted at the time of the return, deducting said costs from the refund that the company must make to the User.
The User acknowledges that they must bear the direct costs of returning the goods (transportation, delivery), if any. Furthermore, they will be responsible for any decrease in the value of the products resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The User acknowledges that there are exceptions to the right of withdrawal, as set forth in Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. These exceptions, by way of example and not exhaustive, would include: personalized products; products that may deteriorate or expire quickly; music or video CDs/DVDs without their packaging, as sealed at the factory; products that, for hygiene or health reasons, are sealed and have been unsealed after delivery; and the provision of digital content without a physical medium. The provision of a service that the User may contract on this Website is governed by this same law. This law establishes that Users will not have the right to withdraw when the service has been fully executed, or when it has begun, with the express consent of the consumer and user and with their acknowledgment that they are aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by the Company, they will have lost their right of withdrawal.
In any case, no refund will be issued if the product has been used beyond its mere opening, for products that are not in the same condition as when they were delivered, or for products that have suffered any damage after delivery.
Likewise, the products must be returned as received by the User, in the same original form and with their original packaging, instructions, and any accompanying documents, as well as a copy of the purchase invoice.

Return of defective products or shipping errors
This applies to all cases in which the User believes that, at the time of delivery, the product does not conform to the terms of the contract or purchase order. Therefore, they must contact the Company immediately and inform it of the defect or error using the same means or the contact information provided in the previous section.
The User will then be informed how to proceed with the return of the products. Once returned, the products will be examined, and the User will be informed, within 15 calendar days, whether a refund or, where appropriate, a replacement is appropriate.
The refund or replacement of the product will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 15 days of the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-conforming item is appropriate.
The refundable amount for products returned due to a defect, when one actually exists, will be fully refunded, including delivery costs and any costs the User may have incurred in making the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method the User used to pay for the purchase.
In any case, the rights recognized by the legislation in force at any given time for the User, as a consumer and user, will always be applicable.
